Looks good. You got really daring with the scribbly drapery, but it worked to create an interesting texture.

I really like your style, and such a wonderful job with ink! I always found ink to be really tricky.
Overally, I like the composition, how you got the skirt to fly in one direction, and how the lines and creases in the dress, and the leg lead the viewer up to the face. The picture has a sense of movement, and that's hard to achieve, especially in pictures where they're doing nothing but walking. What I can add though are just some minor details, that you probably already noticed. The neck-one side is curved, but the other side is drawn straight down, and it seems a little short and stumpy maybe. then again, I do profess I like long elegant necks, so it can be a matter of style too. Another is that her head seems a little flat. Maybe it has something to do with the bangs, as they seem to lack bounciness, and look straight and stiff.
Overall though, I like it. And good job!
